CWiB organizes career related programming, such as panels and networking sessions, and works with corporate sponsors to engage them as our partners.

Our annual conference features insightful keynote speakers, informative panels, speed mentoring and an opportunity for students to network with recruiters, alumnae and other female professionals.

CWiB Special Events creates opportunities for members to build and develop strong personal and professional networks both internally and externally.

CWiB aspires to create opportunities for our members to develop mentoring relationships and to understand how to cultivate and strengthen existing relationships through programs such as the CWiB Mentoring Series.

Every spring, CWiB partners with other CBS organizations, faculty and staff to plan a month of events celebrating the contribution of women to the CBS community.
